Compensation Range: $80,000 - $95,000 per year. Compensation is commensurate with the candidate's education, experience, certifications, and relevant clinical expertise.

About the Role
We are seeking a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to develop, implement, and oversee behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for individuals with special needs. This role involves training and supervising interventionists, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop BIPs.
- Train and supervise Behavior Interventionists (BIs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and school staff.
- Oversee intervention implementation, modify strategies based on data, and ensure treatment fidelity.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and clinical teams to support student success.
- Maintain compliance with IDEA, Section 504, Title 5, and BACB ethical standards.
- Participate in IEP meetings, provide staff training, and document progress reports.
Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Master’s degree in Education, Psychology, ABA, Counseling, or a related field.
- Two or more years of experience in ABA therapy, special education, or behavior intervention.
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles, behavior assessments, and intervention strategies.
- Experience working with severe behaviors.
- Ability to train staff, analyze behavioral data, and adjust interventions as needed.
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and ability to pass a Live Scan and TB test.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in school-based settings and IEPs.
- Familiarity with California Department of Education (CDE) guidelines.
- Bilingual in Spanish or another language.
